      Our next work in progress is " The Planning Committee", an endeavor that incorporates en masse participation for national agendas that encourage and implement educational standards for our children (in conjunction with those already in place), and harnessing the necessary resources to make this happen. Oversight and monitoring of our children and national participation can provide the social and economic anchor to help steady the rise of some of our continual social problems we have been experiencing in America, particuarly since the country has become more urban in these last hundrd or so years. This work of course, is an introduction and can be greatly enhanced by professionals. Our work is merely a rudimentary foundation.
                   
          Planning Committee Generic Outline

   1. Professional Role Models- 
      A. Doctors, lawyers, teachers, policeman, architect, business persons-entrepreneurs, bankers, auto mechanic, builder, etc. Professionals represent the standards of achievement for youth who will one day be embarking upon a career choice.      
     B. Encourages the notion of a career choice at an early age in addition to older youth in high school.
       1. Is an attempt to eliminate indecision and the futuristic mystery surrounding the importance of making a career choice.a.Provides a clearer conscious expectation and path to a career choice.
  2.   Film-Video-     
      A. National Orientation Week or NOW is an endeavor that was proposed in Chicago in late  summer 2016, that purports to impress upon America’s youth our strong expectation and belief in their ability to succeed, and to lead future America.    
      B.  Creating a film having 5-8 minute segments from professionals in the above noted fields explain the steps and requirements needed to enter into those respective fields. The films or videos should be shown in school auditoriums and classrooms throughout the country annually.
  3. Blue Print-     
      A. The Planning Committee will be the unique national blueprint that combines all sectors of American society in a comprehensive push toward providing ongoing and sustainable economic, social, and educational assistance for our school children.         
          1. This goal will necessarily include The enrolling of tens of millions  of Americans into memberships at their local Parent-Teacher Associations (PTA) or local school district councils; Implementing the K1-K12 Clothing Inheritance whereby a business is created for our schoolchildren as inheritance, and the vast majority of Americans purchase American made clothing for their children, with sales revenues used to fund summer and after school jobs, school rehab-construction, providing the digital technology needed in order that our children can compete with their global counterparts, etc.   
     B. The levels of educational accomplishment at certain age groups, especially the older age groups should be interchangeable. If we find for example, a sophomore in high school has an interest in becoming a doctor and has taken courses in biology and science, and later decides on being a lawyer, will have absorbed technical requirements of study via biology and science and is within the arena of the required comprehension needed for the alternative choice of lawyer.          C.  The goal of The Planning Committee is to play a support role in the ongoing work of assuring that American youth receive quality educations, and are prevented from indulging in negative behaviors that will lead to incarceration and criminal backgrounds that will help forfeit their chances at satisfying and abundant lifestyles.               

       1. The national agendas for business creation given to our youth, en masse enrollment of the American population into local school district type organizations or PTA’s, and National Orientation Week combine with the already ongoing educational, social, church community and economic efforts in order to strengthen and heighten the possibility of success for our youth. The Planning Committee agenda strongly urges persons living in America, citizens and non-citizen alike into a national agenda that demands that our children comply with certain Standards of  educational responsibility.         
           a. The Age of Responsibility is an approach whereby children should be taught that they are expected to adopt a more mature attitude and behavior, even if they do not in many cases, should be somewhere in the 10-12- year age group.  Our work last year 2016 also promoted the concept of Age of Responsibility for our children.  
  D.  A national educational expectation for our youth will be created, documented and placed in the tall order of priorities that affect the future of our children and  America. This endeavor represents an ongoing challenge throughout the year to adults as well as school children, not just at grading or report card time. We will create the perception, if not the reality, that the bar has been raised in our dealing s with our children. We have the power to disrupt early youth crime with a national agenda of participation. That is the main difference with the Planning Committee agenda. 
  E. This agenda can help secure a new dimension into parent-guardian, teacher-educational, community, and teacher relations.4. Monitoring and Database Information-
       A. Simple database information e.g,  name, contact information, children enrolled in school are they at grade level expectations?, your membership in local school council (where?)- PTA, members of K1-K12 clothing, age of responsibility talk with your children (yes-no), supporter of buy American made products (yes, no), is your church or school a member of National Orientation Week, etc.
          1.Funding for database information will be needed but can be supplied via various means if adopted and supported by the public, especially in regards to television and advertisers who will purchase air time if we can supply the viewership- which we can do ( we are talking about the lives of our children and the future of America which IS our children).
      B.The dialogue alone will direct the social relations of America into a new arena. 
4. “Where ya at?” 
      A. This simple question can be directed at a youth attending school who is at the age of understanding. It is a query into whether the child or youth is up to date with the expected level of educational attainment. It is a reminder that concerns about their education rests outside of the walls of the school, are now also the business of the community, in the church,  and in certain matters of society and social relationships.
     It is a question that can be asked of a freshman in high school by a pastor or a gym teacher, or a father who has a pretty high school daughter with many admirers: “Young man, you want to date my daughter and take her out on a prom? Fine, I like you Antwon, think you a nice young man. But uh, Antwon- where you at?” I didn’t ask Antwon how much money he had, or what religion his family was, or what was the social-economic status of his family. I asked him about HIMSELF!
        1.Card carrying progress cards at certain age groups would be cheap and worth their weight in gold. From September - December; January- March; March- End of school year he, or she has their attainment level card at below, at level, or above level- very simple. Your card tells us whether you are serious in school and about your life, period. It tells us about the student and what help he or she may need ( beyond the school walls). In a sense, it’s his-her badge of honor. It would allow them credibility and some degree of respect in their goings about. 
 5. Cross Cultural, Economic, Social and Political Appeal-
   The premise-foundation upon which The Planning Committee rests, rises or falls, is predicated upon national en masse participation and resources derived from these envisioned huge numbers.This indisputably will include persons with differing political views, financial wherewithals, and cultural and social upbringings. A national agenda that purports to redefine the doable expectations that we have for our children, that calls to moral arms the many of us who desire to drastically curb the recycling of youth and adult violence, and create a sustainable means whereby we can assure that the economic needs and provision for a quality education are met, has few opponents, much less enemies.

      Our first live visual internet radio show was broadcast on website; intellectualradio.com last night and each Monday evening at 8pm CST. A ($brand name apparel business$) for our high school and elementary school children would generate revenues for trade schools ( in and out of high school), employ additional tutors, fund summer jobs, and allow youth to learn of business acumen from watching the fruits of how their own business operates, etc. Teachers and parents would be proud to put this together for our youth, and it is only fitting that we allow them.

                Addendem Note for 9/27/17

  ( Town Hall Meeting re; Creation of Youth Apparel Brand Name Business)

    Just so happened to view documentary, "Without A Net", revealing inequities in funding for schools. Many schools are not equiped with Wi-Fi and need other digital necesities so that all students in America can compete with the rest of their global peers. Revenues can be used to bring Wi-Fi to rural and other areas, as well as provide computer related necessities to our schools. The film, "Without A Net" can be viewed online by typing in- "Without A Net", and follow the prompts.

Subject: Creating National Orientation Week for American Youth.
         In Chicago, IL in 2017, an endeavor was created in the black community that proposes GROUP black male leadership in matters as they pertain to black communities. Matters for example, e.g. violent crime that is besieging many black communities in America. Violent crime in America's black communities is certainly a GROUP black male taking the lead issue on this matter. Many black women with whom I have spoken around the country have no problem with black men leading in our community matters. In fact, they are quite enthused at the idea.

     This endeavor is but an extension of another endeavor attempting to unify black communities for over three years. Most recently, a few pastors and men from the black community met in Chicago to discuss other black community issues, out of which came proposals for a National Coalition Against Violent Crime, and A National Orientation ( now a National Orientation WEEK). This quick history brings us up to the present     

     National Orientation Week envisions youth forums in America ( and elsewhere) that impresses upon the primary age groups of 10-12, 14-15 and before high school, 17-18 and before high school graduation, that a national oversight body consisting of theirs and other parents (or guardians), teachers, the church community and all citizens ( U.S. residents), have a confident and faithful expectation of their ability to succeed individually, and to lead collectively in leading this nation into the future. To be brief I will make certain points. (This is part of an ongoing book that we will use to generate revenue for our communities).
1. National Orientation Week (or NOW), and participating youth known as National Orientation  Representatives ( or NOR).

2.  Professional films consisting of exhortations from doctors, lawyers, judges, educators, tradespersons, politicians, professional athletes,  clergy who will also encourage youth to achieve morally, socially, and scholastically(and who can have their OWN church community National Orientation WEEK by the way), college students, and fellow high school and elementary students from their own peer groups. This can also be done very, very, inexpensively relative to the great and enormous potential for sustainable productivity for our youth. I say it's worth a try and the small investment.  

3. Viewing of these films will be made available during NOW week and will be  mandatory for all students ( and available at other locations for non-students, e.g. human services locations, churches, etc.)          

4.  All NOR persons graduating from high school will complete a NOW sheet to document their interests in order to perform follow-up monitoring a few months after graduation ( contact to inquire about how things are going, help with gray area indecision matters, etc.). As my sales director told the sales force when I was a young man some thirty plus years ago, “ If you don’t follow-up, you will not be successful!”

5. NOR college,  high school, and trade school reps should actually visit high schools and elementary schools during holiday and spring breaks, to share their transition from high school and elementary schools, and provide a real view of what to expect as they develop. 

6. NOR should have their own organizations within their schools, to serve as a peer group motivators, and to work in conjunction with other existing student organizations. (NOR would be unique in that it was conceived as a national social and educational  intervention amidst a crisis of violent crime occurring in America). There is much creativity that can be done here.     

     a. This would include NOR representation on college and trade school locations as peer group motivators and oversight. From my own college day experience I can tell you that I could have used a NOR group that would have exhorted me to better study habits, decreased amounts of partying and less drinking, and to reassert the purpose of attending was ultimately to complete and direct my study toward a chosen profession. We will be working on implementation LOGISTICS.

7. We are collecting 1-3 minute church videos, organizational and association videos to archive into a collection for the next 100 years, as a spiritual and moral lasting input to violent crime in at this time in American history. Again, this is an American story that must be dealt with as with all American crises, by the American people.  Call me at 708-890-3007 to donate your short video.      Black men supporting The National Coalition Against Violent Crime are asking all churches, schools,and organizations to submit a 2-3 video condemning violent crime. You may be creative as you desire; spiritual dancing (reminds one of ballet) singing, spiritual praise, etc. We want 2-300 video links to serve as an archive and national defiance against national violent crime. The videos will be around for   the next 50 years. Those committing violent crime have never woke the next day to united national condemnation and protest. It has come down to this.

   Black pastors and black men held the first black men led National Coalition Against Violent crime on Chicago's west side this evening , an evidence and witness of black men taking the lead in such a serious matter as violent crime and implementing business initiatives that will hopefully benefit black communiities and  America. Ours is an American story.

  8/5/17- Brief update-

     Everyone I talk to seems to be of the opinion that a faith-based led, coalition peaceful protest against violent crime in America ( and in the black communities in particular) has been long overdue. ( no one is to blame; the purposeful vision only arrives when its time has come). I view this endeavor as an unfrotunate way to heal the country and bring it back ttogether. Only the Civil War of America and non acceptance of others political idealologies has caused more social tension as we have witnessed lately. Our next mission is to ask the stockholders in America whose profits rest on the outsourcing of American jobs, to remember the sacrifice that Americans made during World War 11 when the rationing of products like sugar for example, caused all of us to gladly due with less for the sake of the country. We are again in an American crisis when jobs are flowing out and violent crime is one means that is used to level the playing field.

     Regarding the faith-based led national coalition protest, those committing violent crime have never awoken the next day to find the country united in purpose and in spirit against violent crime everywhere. I work all day everyday on this project; typing, thinking, planning, driving, researching, calling, etc. So much, much, more to tell you.

    7/19/2017- I will be passing out literature tomorrow in downtown Chicago, among other things, calling for the National Guard to assist in reducing the level of crime here in Chicago, and for a National Black Men Lead Coalition Peaceful Protest Against Violent Crime in America Everywhere. 

 Black men take the lead in the black community regarding this violence in Chicago, as it is only getting worse. ALL BLACK MEN in CHICAGO and elsewhere MUST stage a peaceful protest, not a peace march, into the ongoing violence in Chicago and elsewhere, that is destroying lives, throwing families into crisis, and promulgating fear throughout the black community to the point where men, women, and children are not safe to even walk the streets. There were two gunshots in my neighborhood heard in the wee morning hours this morning, and yesterday morning about 9:am someone "drove by" and broke out my sideview car mirror while I sat on my front porch eating breakfast .

  Violence in Chicago and particularly in black communities here is no longer a local and state problem, but has reached concerns that are immersed in national interests. Black men take the lead, but we are calling for a coalition of all men who will plan this national protest with us! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. This is not a time for cowardice. Your standard of courage my brothers must stand on this spiritual and moral foundation;

     "To seek peace, the graveyard nor the prisonhouse serves as a bully to me".

  ***Addendum-  Protests and demonstrations aimed at highlighting the need to protect the civil rights of black Americans some decades ago proved successful in getting Civil Rights legislation passed. Regarding the need to protect the human rights to live in black communities, the same method of coalition protest and the same legal and social pressures must be applied by those who live especially in black communities. We have laws on the books against murder, so we need no legislation passed in this regard. However, what has been missing is for BLACK MEN to lead in their communities, and this includes a long overdue call for national coalition protest against crime in America everywhere.

   Those who lives out of harm's way e.g., in the suburbs or distant,  economically well-off townships in more peaceful settings, our interests are your interests as well. For when you come in to large urban areas where high crime is a day-to day reality, to work, or to enjoy a concert downtown, or to  relish in the lit up Xmas lights and festivities along State St.and North Michigan Ave, you become fair game just like everyone else.

   The day is coming soon when black people in America will bury their poor and deceased with our own funds. Again this must be done AS A GROUP to increase unity and bonding. With this endeavor always think group; group when we pray, group when we mourn, at times, group when we invest, group in social and civic matters, even group in matters of childrearing and teaching, etc. Portions of sales from our U.S Army products and or revenue raised from sales of penny stock if we so choose to explore this idea, can be used to create a burial policy only insurance company to assure that no one in the black community will deprived of a decent burial. The premiums will certainly be affordable, and reserves of the company can be used to reinvest in the black community.

  Just checking in for a little update. Over the holiday weekend I traveled south to New Orleans to promote The "US' Army with other stops along the way. Tremendous, tremendous outpouring of support for the endeavor. Oh by the way, I try to inform the public of what we are doing with this endeavor in spite of advice from others suggesting to me not to let others know what my next steps are. Listen, I'm not trying to out-do anyone else as my record and pattern of this kind of work began back in the 1980's as a contributing writer for a local newspaper. 

     The work I'm doing now is for the black community and they have a right to know what I'm doing. I plan to add to the book we have already completed material on our most recent endeavor The "US" Army- Changing The Character of The Black Community...". We have plans to begin the second "Deliverance" film, which is #2 which will cover "The "US" Army-origin, travels, book in progress, structure for legacy, and other facts as they happen. With a small budget we may even go on tour and film as we go.  The unity of the black male for group leadership was the key all along. This does not mean that we will not have spokespersons for the black community.We can extend to the homless man an invitation to become a part of us, whereby he will automatically inherit a sense of dignity and increased self esteem simply by belonging.

     "The ‘US” Army endeavor is a struggle, a true and real hard-pressed climb toward the summit of a mountain. From the top of the mountain is where we discover our realization, our fact, our ability to look down upon our confused history of ups, downs, stops and gos.   6/19/17- 6/23/17

   A portion of revenues generted from The "US Army" products will be used to bury our people who do not have the means to bury their dead and loved ones. This should  be a nationwide group endeavor from American black people. ( made an Addendum to Article 16 of C228 on 6/23/17). All incoming and outgoing revenues for this endeavor will be made transparent and posted on our website for public viewing.

Article 16, new addtion to C228, the Constitution For African Americans, is to forever in this earthly existence, have within the black American community The "US" Army which is a committment from black men united as a group, to be the inherent and intended leaders of their homes and communities and to affix this united committment  as a permanent spiritual and social legacy and heirloom-our gift to our posterity.

 Some black men in Chicago are committing to become spiritual and strong followers of Jesus and understand the relationship of our need for His guidance in this endeavor. What does "Change The Character" of the black community mean? Simply put, to transition or excel in the way that you view yourself which automaticaaly determines your new found understanding of your committed realtionship to respect mankind and other life forms, which includes our earth. It is a reawakening of the comprehensive duty placed upon you as a human being delegated to you from our Creator.

Certain distinctions such a father, pastor, teacher, medical doctor, doctor of letters or Phd., professional athlete, Olympic medalist, astronaut, etc. should be deserving of a bar or an increase of present rank. Perhaps grandfather is deserving of another bar. Ranking bar colors get darker as one advances in rank until one reaches the second highest ranking color of Black Bar, which is equivalent to General. The Absolute highest rank is purple which has always stood for "royalty". Disabled veterans are deserving of this rank.

   We  want to encourage pursuit of higher rank which benefits our society in some way ( we don't encourage having babies to gain rank). We want to make it achievable and not too difficult nor easy to gain rank. Fundraising activities for The "US" Army for example, is a way to gain rank ( $1000 or more fundraising).

    I was canvassing up in in Madsion, Wis. yesterday (Saturday) regarding the need for a global leaders forum(s) on non-nuclear proliferation and the need to include in the dialogue, Long Life Extension Research and Medical Breakthroughs in these discussions. ( see section in column right, Perspectives Against Nuclear War From A Concerned U.S. Citizen).

      Articles 14 and 15 in C228- the African American Constitution have been added. 

    The Logo for The "US" Army - will be professionally done at a later date. Logo not intended to incur debate on pro-life - pro-choice issues. Intent is to focus on longer and quaility of life for those living.

      The majority of Black men as a group ( as united  members),  have to become leaders as a group. When black men as a group take the lead everyone else in black communities will follow. That seems to be the general consensus in talking to the black public today. Black women that we spoke with want us to lead!! We spoke about this on this website some months ago ( i.e., changing the character of the black community). It's really a take off from M.A,N.N.A., the endeavor that can be read in the column at the right. You're going to have to earn your stripes fellas in the "US" Army( to show off to your wives and girlfriends)! We will have to create an  "earned stripes" committee and set up standards for promotion. Past achievements in cases of current disability for example, will definitely be considered for earned stripes. Veterans automatically begin at the rank of sergeant.

  5/12/17-

     The recent journal placed on this website was to (a) offer or suggest an alternative discussion to  nuclear deterrence ( meaning my country must also have nuclear capability also as does some of the other nations of the world), (b) to contrast the reality of today’s global affairs as it relates to nuclear war and unearth a new perspective for abandoning military nuclear initiatives. In my research, I was stunned to discover the many groups and organizations , the references, the historical movements, etc., aimed at creating a global voice for peace. Here are examples taken from the Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

(this symbol was also used to symbolize “ Peace” during the Stop The War protests of the 1960’s and 1970’s. picture-design from Wikipedia, note in parenthesis is mine).

Nuclear disarmament refers to both the act of reducing or eliminating nuclear weapons and to the end state of a nuclear-weapons-free world, in which nuclear weapons are completely eliminated. Nuclear disarmament groups include the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, Peace Action, Greenpeace, International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War, Mayors for Peace, Global Zero, the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, and the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation. There have been many large anti-nuclear demonstrations and protests. On June 12, 1982, one million people demonstrated in New York City's Central Park against nuclear weapons and for an end to the cold war arms race. It was the largest anti-nuclear protest and the largest political demonstration in American history.^[2][3]

In recent years, some U.S. elder statesmen have also advocated nuclear disarmament. Sam Nunn, William Perry, Henry Kissinger, and George Shultz have called upon governments to embrace the vision of a world free of nuclear weapons, and in various op-ed columns have proposed an ambitious program of urgent steps to that end. The four have created the Nuclear Security Project to advance this agenda. Organizations such as Global Zero, an international non-partisan group of 300 world leaders dedicated to achieving nuclear disarmament, have also been established".

       The remedy for peace is so very simple, yet, historically, seems to have been so out of reach; do unto others as you would have them do unto you is a simple paraphrase from Jesus who stated this standard was from the laws given to Moses and that of the teaching of the Hebrew prophets. I found  this standard more easy to fulfill as I became older which is really no excuse. Jesus also blessed the peacemakers of the world. I want to add it seems as though there might be teaching that tries to make the pursuit of peace secondary to an “ end time” teaching that stands on the “signs of the times” as near approaching, thus ushering in the return of Jesus. Be that the case, I must assert that Jesus put no time restraints on peacemakers pursuing the road to peace, even up to the moment of His blessed return ( which by the way, will help to stop the total prophesied onslaught of mankind via nuclear war).

   “ Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT)—signed 1968, came into force 1970: An international treaty (currently with 189 member states) to limit the spread of nuclear weapons. The treaty has three main pillars: nonproliferation, disarmament, and the right to peacefully use nuclear technology”. ( source Wikepdia-the free Encyclopedia).

   The word “states) above refers to nations, not independent states as in the United States”  The 1968 NPT is testament that many nations want to limit the possibility of a global nuclear holocaust. Wouldn’t it be something if we could get as many nations and peoples of the world to sign on to a  “Proliferation Of Long Life Lobbyists”  or "POLL" document ) , indicating their want to take into account the great research being done  in the arena of making  human life longer and more healthier; to say to the world and people of your respective countries that the well being for them and  their children is first priority for you as their leader. Such a document  would immediately create a global atmosphere, a basic humanitarian standard and mandate if you will, that global leaders must be open to alternatives  to global conflict. This time however, and unlike other movements aimed at global peace, there is a different ingredient to sweeten the pie; Long Life Extension Research and proof of blessed medical proofs of healthier and not just longer life.

    There are some that say and have said for a long time that my thoughts lean toward “ idealism”, which is a nice way of saying that I’m a “dreamer”. There have been men in past times whose vision for mankind might be viewed as having traits of idealism; “ … and they shall  beat their swords into plowshares,…neither shall they learn war anymore”- The Bible and the prophet  Isaiah at chapter 2 verse 4, meaning that swords will be used as tools for farming  in a time of peace ushered in by Yahweh-God.

    In the not so distant past there was a prophet among us whose undying call ( though he has passed on) was for an unconditional love that would be the food, the source, the fuel that would forever light the eternal flame for brotherhood among mankind. This man too was a dreamer, and is perhaps best known for a dream that he shared with us one glorious day in the history of world events. I suggest to you that during times of crisis, when the dialogue on a world stage has reached the tenor of  possible nuclear deployment, there must also arise voices that ask us, that beg and implore us not to look horizontally at the realities that surround us and cause us anxiety, but to lift our eyes vertically to heaven and ask for answers that will give us a needed peace and comfort.

    Yes, the world will always need dreamers:

    "There are those who look at things the way they are, and ask why... I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?"

Cuba has innovative and scientific treatments for cancers, diabetes, etc. The news reported how some countries are experiencing ridiculous numbers of homicides-also here in America.     O.K., I'm back and rested and ready to start back to work.      For starters, I can tell you this much; The Age of Responsibility agenda,activities, forums etc., should be made into a film, the content of which I'm working on now. The film if produced can (will) be a huge fundaraiser that will, for example, fund "gratuities" for the coming of age of our youngsters- field trips, tickets to ball games, the arts (the ballet), scholarships, youth school clubs instead of gangs, etc. I'm talking to not-for profit tax exempt status consultants now.

    The high purpose of this agenda is to impress upon these age groups 13 (?)for boys and 12(?) for girls the importance of our expectations of them, it must be dramatized. (See proposed agenda outline for Age of Responsibility... in column to the right). This work will be added to the donated Deliverance Series book #1, and will make a great opening for Book #2. ( Video links will abound in all of our e-books which will include music, and will also include for example, a video on one of our forums onThe Age of Responsibiity, etc.)

      I had a thorough physical and all is good except for a little elevation in cholesterol. I have the medication but I'm not going to take it. If Yahweh God cured me from Hep C, I don't even blink at cholesterol. Laying off the cakes, pies, and pastries which is my weakness. (95% intake decrease, just every so often). Laying off the punching bag in a big way which I feel was draining me over the years. Weighing in at 183 now-just five pounds over my bball playing weight which I still intend to use (I'm still the #1 one-on-one non-pro bball player at 65 years old at 6'ft. anywhere). I'm still hanging with the youngsters.   

     I did contact the office of Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson in a letter informing them of this agenda a couple of weeks ago. His office responded back in a most courteous way with helpful suggestions in a matter of days.

     3/16/17-

   This is a good time of the year to make a donation to the United Negro College Fund coffers that will enable our young people to continue to become doctors, lawyers, theologians, educators, etc. I gave $50 the other day. Funding for our historically black colleges and universities is one of the Articles in C228- the Constitution that was drafted for America's black people in July of 2016 in Chicago.  I am finishing this week with rest and recuperation as it took all the reserves I could muster to write the agenda outline for the "Age of Responsibility...,  which can viewed in the column to the right. Walking, canvasssing, writing, planning, research, and sustaining a personal health fitness program takes it toll after a few months. I have a lot of work to do and will be back shortly.     1/17/17-  The donated book, "Testimonies, Viewpoints, and Stories Book 1; A Deliverance Series", is complete and in the hands of a production company for review. I will be getting the hour long "Deliverance 1" film together. My editing person saidf it should take a week. I think it will more like 1-2 weeks , but will post you in one week for man update.

     I want to be clear with my primary intentions on this project.. I want ot help assist in rebuilding the character of the American black communities. I want our people to respect themselves and in doing so, garner the respect of others. Our problems in many of America's black communities go beyond votiing rights, financial uplift, and social equality- all three being very imporatnt of course. The biblical prophet said it best: Malachi chapter 4; verses 5 and 6.

     5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

    That was (is) GOD talking to us, There is still time if we can reverse the mindset in today's society that seems so consumed with elections, pleasures that are temporary at best. We need to straighten out our act  and treat one another fairly, resist the want to use others for gain, and recognize Yahweh-GOD as the sole authority for the eternal destiny of mankind.

      The Three Power Forces of The Black Community- "The Triune"; National Unified Black Churches, National Unified Black Men, National Unified Black Women- A  Swinging Door; ( a paradigm for our posterity)

     During the year 2016, the  we-grow.net  (website) endeavor has proferred to the black community in Chicago and abroad, three  national organizations- W.A.V.Etc.- ( (black)  Women Against Violence Etc.), and M.A.N.N.A., ( (black) Men Acclaiming New and Noble  Aspirations) and The National Black Churches-Black Community Economic Intiative.  These organizations were created to amass huge numbers of black men and women into separate, yet united entities supporting one another.

     Black women united must be given a heightened voice and visibility in order to address and impact crime reduction in black communities and to explore the reality of becoming an economic arm and social force .  Black women are the anchor of the household and have great influence over their offspring in many households. There are many single parent mothers in America’s black communities, many of whom who have no ties to churches or community organizations. Belonging to a national black women’s organization will give them the lift and support leveraging that is inherent with belonging to a national organizational triune e.g.,black churches-communities economic initiative, unified black women, and unified black men. The  huge  numbers of black men and women belonging to these organizations  would be supporting mirrors for one another, in effect, a “ three way mirror”.   

      Black men who struggle emotionally and financially may not have answers that can rid them of a viewpoint that he may harbor of himself of not being able to overcome social factors that he perceives that minimizes his upward mobility. This man searches his soul  all during the day for answers that will free him and add meaning to his life. The answer to his dilemma to find himself is not rooted only in materialism. For him to add to his self worth and stature can be found in his relationship to our CREATOR and within the  triune of united black churches-black communities, and united black men and women.

     The black man who is successful is challenged to reach back and assist his people and support the communities that are so reminiscent of the environs that helped shape and mold his character, and catapulted him beyond the confines of mediocrity. Within this man is a strong sense of loyalty pulling at him, always nagging and nudging him at times when he feels no real sense or need for him to get involved. 

      The combination and unity of this “triune”  are  akin to the advantages of a swinging door which opens in either direction- it has the freedom of movement that is pulled or pushed in either direction. All bases are covered in the quest of the black community to uplift itself if the church is a partner in conjunction with national black women’s and men’s organizations  ( that incorporate all other existing groups).  This combination is an equation that marches towards  freedom for the black community.                                                

                          The Corollary     

     The natural consequence and outgrowth of this triune is an innate outgrowth of youth and children’s associations connected to the triune. This reality carries with it a concern and caring equal to that of a mother hen covering her chicks with her wings. The triune would provide an ability to monitor and raise the productive behavior of our children never before witnessed by the black community. Black youth would continue activities with existing organizations that help with their development e.g., After School Matters. It would not be our desire to separate black children from such productive and needed organizations such as this one , but to encourage and support them.

  M.A.N.N.A. “ What is it?...” ( Exodus 16:15)    

   ( black) Men Acclaiming New and Noble  Aspirations

     “Manna”is a word associated with the sustenance allotted the Children of Israel when they were experiencing hunger during their wilderness journey en route to the promised land of Israel. Yahweh-GOD sent them this food which was a sort of tasty sweet wafer.  Manna was sent to them during a crisis and when they needed an assurance that Yahweh God was with them. The Manna was not merely a daily physical provision that remained with the children of Israel throughout their wilderness wanderings. It was an assurance, a sign and a symbol that GOD walked with them, indeed that GOD walked before them as an all-seeing guardian.

   ( Black) Men Acclaiming New and Noble Aspirations or M.A.N.N.A. is an endeavor to unify all black males into an organization that purports that sheer numbers when unified can produce agenda, answers, revenue, hope, heightened levels of righteousness, increased elevations of morality, greater enterprise and undertakings, knowledge, legacy, etc. "To be unified is better than non-unification?"- (that is a question I’m putting to the black public).

     The recent shootings on Chicago’s  south side, killing three and one person left in critical condition, a baby found in the house was sent for further observation, carries with it some revealing and underlying observations; what kind of persons or person could be so cold and callous as to use firearms with a young child in the home. MANNA the organization will be a spiritual family, secular for those more inclined towards economic and social stability, and  an organization created to welcome those wanting to free ourselves from the chains of community depravations.         

    Murder and disgusting violence such as the crime noted above must (shall) hold an unparralled shame by a united black community and for those crimes that violate our standard codes of civilities and moral precepts- that is the new difference .    (a). Please stay with the community organziations and associations to which you now belong. You can become a member of M.A.N.N.A. and stay loyal to your current affilaitions.

      Raising The Bar; Black Code of Conduct- The Precepts

1. Acknowledging our CREATOR;

To relegate destiny and contemporary life on this planet to the whims and decisions of man without seeking the wisdom of Yahweh-GOD is to welcome certain chaos and destruction.

    2. Respect for Life

Mankind is required to regard fairness to non-human life. YAHWEH-GOD created the animal kingdom before HE created mankind, thus humans should regard that creation with fair discretion and judgment. How much more should we value human life?

 3.  Respect for our planet:

       Mankind was put in charge of overseeing the upkeep and well-being of planet earth. In short and on a personal level, maintain the cleanliness of your community and neighborhood.

  4.  Scholarship, study, and education.

        Vocabulary, biblical studies, personal study, pursuit of educational goals, G.E.D.- Doctorates are our goals. Learn and test yourself on one-two new words daily for a year will only increase your appetite or learning.

          Read one chapter from your bible daily for a year will increase your spiritual, moral, and scholastic  aptitude.

5.   Those who have the wherewithal to do so, eat healthy, consume vegetables green and leafy, e.g., raw spinach, raw broccoli. Juice raw beets, carrots, celery, and ginger and add dulce and seaweed. Consume at the gym in a container while you are working out-it works for me.  Beets are excellent for the liver-your second heart.

             The above is an attempt to outline certain  expectations and standards of conduct within black communties ( I emphasize " an attempt"); challeging how we think, how we can better our health, how we love, how we move towards self- development, etc. Will post on this site later this week.     In either scenario, these interpretations of the scripture have served the cause for  people over millennium to come to know Jesus via His drawing them. Jesus can draw people to him in countless ways. The provision made by Jesus to draw the sinner to Him is beyond our knowledge or opinion in the matter. Though we cannot question His method of drawing, we do have the ability via spiritual discernment to understand what is allowable ( primarily through scripture). Song is one of the ways to draw people to Him and anyone claiming any spiritual footing would agree with this premise,

    Enter the W.A.V.Etc. choirs ... To have National chapters of the WAVE choirs... would undoubtedly draw people wanting to become a part of activities associated with membership within a choir; the comaderie, origin of friendships, travel, exposure, worship, rehearsals, self-development..."

     The drawing of people to Jesus while simultaneously  helping to promote healing in black communties involves song, gaiety, and the things I just noted above. The "drawing" can be fun too!  To draw non-affiliated women ( i.e. no community organizational ties, no church, lack of people resources and or/productive role models, provides for them a chance to come alive, to sing, to move in cadence with spiritual music and members, to become a part of something is already beckoning them ( yet unbeknownst to them).

     What better way to bring healing to black communities than with song "lifting Him up! (There's more)...

   Hello to all during the festive and anticipatory season of the year. One of the Articles of C228, the Constitution drafted for but not limited to the primary benefit for  Black Americans deals with philanthropy when one is able. I have been shelling out dollars this season so far to help others and I ask that you do the same. If giving in person to those on the street for example, if possible and if it seems the right thing to do, let your children give to the poor and needy. This could be a part of their upbringing and an "heirloom" remembrance for them and their children ( and your posterity). Let us all pray for peace on earth and good will towards all humankind ( in season and out). May God bless us all!

    Congratulations to our Chicago Cubs and a valiant effort by the Cleveland Indians. What a series! People on the street are talking movie!! I'm investing in a camera for the short film as we plan on making more than one film. I am working the election for wages to replace my car that I had to junk which is affecting my get around time mobility. Book is coming along OK except that the time I can devote to writing is compromised due to work and planning for the film. The book will be good and the film informative.

     Hi everyone. we-grow.net plans to make a short film. Someone prophesied to me the other day that the black community is in the '7th plague" of bondage with three judgements remaining (involving economic, social, spiritual dysfunction ). "We have to conquer 3 more plagues that are in many ways  self- inflicted. And then we'll be "home", he said. 

My comment:For those who are unaware, this gentleman was making reference to the biblical judgements placed on another nation holding ancient Israel in bondage and were decisive in freeing Moses and the ancient nation of Israel.  ( you may read of this in the bible beginning with the book of Exodus).My interest in his conversation was quickened when he said that the two last plagues were matters black people had to overcome between themselves.. There are prophets among us to be sure. Do not be afraid to prophesy.

    W.A.V. Etc. or ( WAVE- Women Against Violence etc, ),

    Many people are of the opinion that a boy should be raised by his father or a male role model and also serve as a role model to his daughter if the children are his offspring. Mothers have just as much influence over their children and must serve as a vital vehicle in  crime reduction in black communities, a concept that needs to be fully developed and explored. There has to be a collaborative effort on the part of men and women in the task to reduce crime. The cut is too wide and the wound too deep to think otherwise.

    Mothers are the anchors and head most of the majority of single parent homes if they are with their children. It is the mother in single family homes that are dealt the severest blow and heartbreak when a young family member is shot or gunned down in the streets. It is the mother who is the "go to" person in matters of family crisis ( if they are not suffering from personal issues themselves). Also see the end of the documentary " Crips and Bloods; Made In America".

   a. Woman with young and at risk age sons should convene in one of a multitude of many forums. If the mothers cannot get their sons to forum with us, that is a tell tale sign that the parent may not have control over that person, who is perhaps a rebellious son(s) and or daughter(s). The call to forum can be a flushing out process to see where the help and discipline is needed. Role models, counselors, and all hands on deck will be needed at these forums in order to redirect the paths of stubborn or street poisoned individuals.

        1. Not being able to forum at risk age youth makes it incumbent upon the respective parent(s) and their families to ensure that adequate financial protection against loss of life for especially troubled youth is in place. This will insure that burial expenses are covered and enough coverage is recommended to ensure that the family has enough financial leverage that can assist the futures of any other young siblings who face the future costs of college or trade school expenses, etc.

    b. Funding groups accepting donations on behalf of others in times of crisis reveal that donations come in by the tens and in some cases, hundreds of thousands and that might be for just one unfortunate cause! Black communities should create a national emergency fund or a W.A.V.Etc. Foundation that will assist in burial expenses in cases where there is no money. Funds can be held in black owned banks which would increase their financial portfolios, and increase access for business loans, mortgages, and other financial matters.

    c. Mothers receiving this type of assistance and care from the black community will understand that beyond their immediate needs for financial protection for their at risk age  and role model and community intervention in the lives of their troubed offspring, that there will be older and more experienced women who can counsel them in matters of finance, education, child rearing, health, etc. 

       1. Mothers would also become a part of a larger network of black women ( and other races) as members of WAVE  should work with other MOMS groups. Their issues are all interelated- I've already checked.  That's all for now and perhaps more later. 9/16/16

    If the city of Chicago hires more policeman to reduce the violence, that is certainly a welcome, needed, and big step in the right direction. Intervention by the National Guard should only be last resort but a real option to curtailing the violence.

   The churches, black or otherwise, must be a surrogate parent-role model for at-risk youth, as this suggestion relates to this website's recent call for increased role models for our youth.( suggestion from C. Wilson, one of our Conference call members who is also a former educator).

    It should not have taken a crisis in homicides in order to come up with solutions and interventions to violent and serious crimes.  Innovative and creative ideas have been discussed and promoted for years by able and intelligent people, in forums all over the United States.

   The 8/30/16 Conference call had a guest who is launching the first African American internet television network, with annual projections of net profit in the first year of $11million dollars and perhaps more. The network will carry hundreds of programs dealing with a myriad of topics, and especially those issues involving black communties, e.g., calling out the National Guard or creating opportunities that will effectively reduce serious crime, etc.

     The call for the National Guard to come to Chicago to assist in reducing shootings and murders is nothing new and actually goes back several years. Type in "The National Guard  In Chicago" in the internet search engine and read viewpoints on this issue. What are the opinions of families of victims who were shot or killed due to this uncontrollable violence ( in re: The National Guard input in Chicago)?

  8/30/16-  Public schools open in Chicago and The Million Father March and The Black Star Project headed by Phillip Jackson  are asking that black men or significant caregivers take their child or children to school the first day. Google Million Father March and search for links for annual marches. The Marches are held in hundreds of cities each year. Considering making the Million Father March an Article in C228 with Mr. Jackson's permission.

8/25/16- Topics; National Guard Intervention-Chicago, Mass Weddings, Role Models.

   (a).The National Guard might assist in stopping this murder and gun violence crisis in Chicago, and that's exactly what it is-a crisis. The guard was called in New Orleans to help maintain order and stop looting right after Hurricane Katrina. I lived in New Orleans during some of this period and their presence was certainly felt and appreciated by many New Orleans residents. 

    (b). From our Tuesday night 8/23/16 Conference call.

  Marriage has always been considered an anchor in perpetuating a stable social and moral society in countries besides America. It is from the institution of marriage that flows many values that individuals and families will embrace as their own. I'll provide some figures later and perhaps allow this subject to have its own tab or section just to the right. Mass weddings of 25 couples up to 100 or 500 or more would make a huge statement to many of our young people.

   If these couples would agree to partake in the mass weddings (they could hold their own private weddings afterwards or on another date), the general public could really help them out; Small contributions from the general public here in Chicago of $5-$10 to add to the wedding dowries, split evenly among all newly weds, would give them a financial jump start on their wedding journey. We need not belabor the reality of too many kids in our society today who do not have the benefit of having a two parent home.

    Study after study reveals the increased likelihood of children becoming more productive and stable in their lives after living with both parents. (  I think there was some merit in the mass weddings of " the Moonies"). ( Business discounts (hotels, auto purchase, cell phones, clothing, movies, etc.) to Mass Wedding Participants. More later.

   (c).  See Note*** at bottom, Crips and Bloods... role models left black communities after integregation began to move forward in America. Teachers and educators, doctors, lawyers, city workers, and others moved away to cleaner and more attractive neighborhoods with better schools. The aftermath of those losing those persons bringing social stability and someone for younger persons to look up to is still being felt this very hour. How do we bring back folk to our community who the young ones can look up to and emulate? 

   That is why I asked a few days ago that we address our children as Dr., Attorney, Mr. President, Dean, etc. Standards, goals, and role models in any community are always welcome. We need them badly in many black communties In America. 

 Note**-

     Crips and Bloods: Made In America is an excellent documentary revealing the circumstances that led to the establishment of gang culture in Los Angeles.    If $2,000,000 ( two million) were collected for the this game, $1000 ( one thousand) dollars would be delved out to as many persons until the $2,000,000 were depleted.   Our Conference call team introduced a proposed endeavor involving our nationwide black barbershops and salons to unite and serve as communication centers as well as  "donation funding depositories" for the revitilazation of our communites. Patrons of these business establishments may donate one dollar when the endeavor is legally set up to receive donations. One hundred patrons per week for example could equate to $60= $240 per month= $2880/year.

                               Times 10 shops= $28,800

                               Times 100 shops=$ 280,000 plus

                               Times 1000  shops= over $2 million/year

   We will be working on the creation of a National website for black  barbers, hairdressers, and cosmetologists. It will be their website to post shop picnics and outings, dances, showcase their talents- it is their site. We feel this site can simultaneously serve to reinforce economic revitilization in black communities.The former president of the Chicago Barbers, Hairdressers, and Cosmetologists Union Local 939 is on board and has endorsed the proposal.

   The Conference call team also proposed the same endeavor for our black churches, i.e. one donated dollar

($1) member per Sunday, which equates to even more revenue as there are far more black churches in this nation. The logistics have to be worked out. Two conference call pastors and one apostle last night and a pastor today has endorsed the proposal.

   We must not omit the huge $1 revenues that can be donated from the general public for this same endeavor. It is our hope and possibly our endeavor to dialogue with our churches about the possibility of having community residents make their donations to our community churches, which increases the possibility of increased church enrollment in our communities. The Conference team can lend credibility to this endeavor by interacting with our communities, as we are at the forefront of this endeavor.

     C228 Article 10-  Preservation of Generational Wealth by Avoiding Probate Court, and carrying adequate insurance coverage in the event of death, health problems or injury. 

As a matter of C228 Constitutional Agenda, there should be heightened concerned and information dissemination concerning the importance of C228 Article 10. Are you beginning to see how issues as they relate to the black community, can be tailored to suit C228 as a national agenda! We have a national agenda and a Constitution to boot!

   (A). New Article 9 for Constitution 228, ( hereinafter known as "C228", the new building of the  Constitution for African Americans which has its own section in top right column). 

  (B). Article 9 of C228: Both the  Annual  (funding) Launch for The Black Churches Business Endeavor and the Annual

(funding) Launch for Historically Black Colleges and Universities should be supported in toto by each group- Churches support HBCU's and HCBU'S support Church business initiative, as a matter of "C 228" national agenda.( We recognize the two entities have been supporting one another all along).

  (C).   We-grow.net prays for the healing of America at this difficult and trying time in our history. The high road of brotherhood is the only road that leads to reconciliation.

    An Annual Launch for Black Churches in America, $10-20 per person will go into a "Church Fund  Chest", with possibility for business investments to grow the fund will be a topic for discussion this week, along with the Launch for Historically Black Colleges and Universities $20 per donation is asked.

7/9/16- Chicago- We are setting up a nationwide conference call agenda for clergy, church members, the black community,and the public may join. Pastors are busy people and meetings can invade their personal time or other time they need for church or other business. We can accomplish the same things via conference. A few pastors agreed with me yesterday, as a funeral is replacing our second agenda meeting scheduled for today. We can meet once every 3-4 months. More later.

 6/3/16-6-11/16- The first National Black Churches & black communities economic Summit that was proposed in April 2016, is set for June 16th in Chicago.  The theme; "Can Anything Good Come Out Of Nazareth?" This endeavor wants to partner with other organizations whose goals are also to (a.) reaffirm the leadership role of the church in black communities

(b) dissipate economic and social dysfunction that also affects the level of spiritual worship, as is evidenced by low church attendance in some of our churches, and can be /is the reason for voter apathy. (c) more to be discussed later.

   Yes, the homeless are part of who we are.

     At the outset, I didn't know if I wanted to create a website for "New Americans" ( et. al. for many are applying  for American citizenship). The response from the public today was curiosity, interest, and acceptance, of my trying to share this "redefining" approach, role, and duty of what should characterize Americans and those who live within her borders. Non- citizens may not be held to the same standards of civic duty as a citizen, but at least agree to the responsibility of "civic humanity".

     My short visit with the  homeless today was not planned. I had purposed to canvas the public on the issue of the New Civic Role for Americans. Two men were pushing a cart with sleeping apparatus towards the area where the homeles take refuge. It was during canvassing that the issue of the homeless nearby arose, and I was compelled to stop, as I could see the homeless area within my view while walking to my car. 

    Upon agreeing to let me shoot the video, Jackie indicated she might have trouble getting to her feet, so I offered my hand. Her eyes beamed with an appreciation for my caring. We all need caring.

After the interview, I did not leave them with a simple goodbye, but gave them the few dollars in my pocket,  bought food for them; meat, bread, fruit, cold drink, and cough drops for Jackie.

    The teaching of Jesus: " 15 If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, 16and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that? James 2:15-16. It is apparent that civic, moral, and spiritual realities overlap and are interrelated.

    And so one of the civic duties  for Americans, not a new role, but a broader recognition, acceptance, and application is a personal provision for the poor. Part of the discussion today while canvassing involved "service learning", or partaking in a type of acitvity or volunteerism typically of a humanitarian nature. The gun violence and other violent crimes occurring among us has much to do I would think, with lack of service learning. For in the absence of one freely giving of him or herself to perform community gardening for example,  and the carring for tree branches or flowers , how much more (or less) regard will that person have for human life?

    Service learning instills and hopefully at a young age, embracing the community into one's bosom as one would a babe, which is in a clear opposition to a later recklessness and violent conduct. Civic learning from the church, school, community not as a requirement, which is fine, but a moral want and decision for this learning will be  our ability to discern when we have crossed a new threshold moment, and an a yet to be experienced day for humankind.

    The new civic duty for Americans ( et.al) is to acknowledge those less fortunate than ourselves, not in the situation they are in at the present, but as angels as would the discerning eyes of Jesus. In winter during the trying cold, ALL Americans and those who can afford it, please buy the poor man, woman, and children a new or nicely used coat and shoes. Your giving need not be confined to America alone if your caring reaches beyond our borders.Let your children hand to them these gifts. WHY? Because we are Americans, black, hispanic, white, yellow, and brown, and this is who we are irrespective of social, economic, and issues of injustice.

    Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. rebuked moral unfairness and social and economic injustice. Yet his dream was futuristic of a repentant nation in ALL communities, for it was a vision of healing and consideration for others. Jackie and Terrence today will tell others of someone's caring, and of yours, and a blessing to our nation will surround us and ripple as upon the many waters. Though Jackie and Terrence may not be able to give in tangilbles, we ask that the poor ask GOD to bless those who are able, and to keep their hearts open to give. The prayers of the poor are as the innocent prayers of little children, and GOD rises from HIS throne and hearkens unto them.

    We are Americans, hispanic, white, black, yellow, and brown, rich and poor within our borders, striving, always striving to be better. This is who we are.

     Business

    1. This business endeavor purposes to provide black Americans with a major inroad into the American business arena, by combining sports, logo apparrel and momorabilia sales, and the sale of other 50 year and older interests.

  2. This business will be ( is) headquartered in Chicago, IL.

    Team

     My team consists of:(to be entered at a later date). My input and what I have brought to the table, was the original business idea, and the ongoing supervision of all facets that will bring the business into fruition.

    Competition

     This business has no direct competitiors in what we do per se; highlighting the talents of older members and seniors in our society ( but not limited to our nation), for purposes of generating revenue to better the quality of life in high crime, high unemployment, and at-risk living areas in America. Our compettiive advantage is that we are unique in purpose and methodology.

  Marketing Strategy/Plan

       Initial revenue will come from book sale, which will provide the ability to leverage those funds to include social media, radio, public access television, newspaper adds, and other print media marketing.

1. Purpose:To create business enterprises owned and operated by black people that will generate not-for-profit revenues back into the black people.

1. To provide black people in America with a stake in the American business industry.
2. To buttress the legacy for black Americans’ contributions to the American experience, and to garner the respect for such an endeavor from the non-black global public.
3. To have create recognition of the multi-dimensional potential of this endeavor in such areas as forums from the Enterprise participants, who can share their experiences in the fields of physical conditioning, nutritional information, and also an exposure to that generation’s views on past values that may have been lost, and may be viewed as needed into today’s sociological climate.
4. To take advantage of social media outlets to advance the purpose of this endeavor.

1.    Diversity: 

1. To combine the talents of older individuals in recreation, health, sports, crafts, and in other areas, in an effort to propogate past and present episodes of American culture, and to use these past experiences to increase interests in these areas.
2.  To create an atmosphere  of mutual recognition  of human talent, and to foster a spiritual and moral lift to American and global societies.
3. To remove superficial barriers and misconceptions, of older age having inherent dormant, withdrawn, and useless gifts that are no longer useful to society.

1. Crowdfunding, in order to create portal or vehicle to receive donations from the global public.
2. Sale of books related to the history and/or current related activities of this endeavor.
3. A  call for reparatory assistance in the form of development and expertise, in addition to black professional input.

   The potential for having the necessary revenues will be dependent upon  the possibility intermittent book sales related to the endeavor, donations from the public, and sales from company logo apparel, and memorabilia that has potential for global patronization.

1. Professional Role Models-

     A. Doctors, lawyers, teachers, policeman, architect, business persons-entrepreneurs, bankers, auto mechanic, builder, etc. Professionals represent the standards of achievement for youth who will one day be embarking upon a career choice.

      B. Encourages the notion of a career choice at an early age in addition to older youth in high

           school.

1.     Is an attempt to eliminate indecision and the futuristic mystery surrounding the importance of making a career choice.

a.     Provides a clearer conscious expectation and path to a career choice.

2.   Film-Video-

     A. National Orientation Week or NOW is an endeavor that was proposed in Chicago in late  summer 2016, that purports to impress upon America’s youth our strong expectation and belief in their ability to succeed, and to lead future America.

     B.  Creating a film having 5-8 minute segments from professionals in the above noted fields explain the steps and requirements needed to enter into those respective fields. The films or videos should be shown in school auditoriums and classrooms throughout the country annually.

3. Blue Print-

     A. The Planning Committee will be the unique national blueprint that combines all sectors of American society in a comprehensive push toward providing ongoing and sustainable economic, social, and educational assistance for our school children.

          1. This goal will necessarily include The enrolling of 75% of Americans into memberships at    their local Parent-Teacher Associations (PTA) or local school district councils; Implementing the K1-K12 Clothing Inheritance whereby a business is created for our schoolchildren as inheritance, and the vast majority of Americans purchase American made clothing for their children, with sales revenues used to fund summer and after school jobs, school rehab-construction, providing the digital technology needed in order that our children can compete with their global counterparts, etc.

    B. The levels of educational accomplishment at certain age groups, especially the older age groups should be interchangeable. If we find for example, a sophomore in high school has an interest in becoming a doctor and has taken courses in biology and science, and later decides on being a lawyer, will have absorbed technical requirements of study via biology and science and is within the arena of the required comprehension needed for the alternative choice of lawyer.

    C.  The goal of The Planning Committee is to play a support role in the ongoing work of assuring that American youth receive quality educations, and are prevented from indulging in negative behaviors that will lead to incarceration and criminal backgrounds that will help forfeit their chances at satisfying and abundant lifestyles.

        1. The national agendas for business creation given to our youth, en masse enrollment of the American population into local school district type organizations or PTA’s, and National Orientation Week combine with the already ongoing educational, social, church community and economic efforts in order to strengthen and heighten the possibility of success for our youth. The Planning Committee agenda strongly urges persons living in America, citizens and non-citizen alike into a national agenda that demands that our children comply with certain Standards of  educational responsibility.

          a. The Age of Responsibility is an approach whereby children should be taught that they are expected to adopt a more mature attitude and behavior, even if they do not in many cases, should be somewhere in the 10-12- year age group.  Our work last year 2016 also promoted the concept of Age of Responsibility for our children. 

D. A national educational expectation for our youth will be created, documented and placed in the tall order of priorities that affect the future of our children and  America. This endeavor represents an ongoing challenge throughout the year to adults as well as school children, not just at grading or report card time. We will create the perception, if not the reality, that the bar has been raised in our dealing s with our children. We have the power to disrupt early youth crime with a national agenda of participation. That is the main difference with the Planning Committee agenda.

E.  This agenda can help secure a new dimension into parent-guardian, teacher-educational, community, and teacher relations.

4. Monitoring and Database Information-

A.     Non-evasive simple database information e.g,  name, contact information, children enrolled in school are they at grade level expectations?, your membership in local school council- PTA, members of K1-K12 clothing, age of responsibility talk with your children ( yes-no), supporter of buy American made products (yes, no), is your church or school a member of National Orientation Week, etc.

1.     Funding for database information will be needed but can be supplied via various means if adopted and supported by the public, especially in regards to television and advertisers who will purchase air time if we can supply the viewership- which we can do ( we are talking about the lives of our children and the future of America which IS our children).

B.     The dialogue alone will direct the social relations of America into a new arena.

 5. “Where you at?”

  A. This simple question can be directed at a youth attending school who is at the age of understanding. It is a query into whether the child or youth is up to date with the expected level of educational attainment. It is a reminder that concerns about their education rests outside of the walls of the school, are now also the business of the community, in the church,  and in certain matters of society and social relationships. But uh, Antwon- where you at?” I didn’t ask Antwon how much money he had, or what religion his family was, or what was the social-economic status of his family. I asked him about HIM!

1.    Card carrying progress cards at certain age groups would be cheap and worth their weight in gold. Your card tells us whether you are serious in school and about your life, period. It tells us about the student. In a sense, it’s his-her badge of honor. It would allow them credibility and some degree of respect in their goings about.

1. Professional Role Models-

     A. Doctors, lawyers, teachers, policeman, architect, business persons-entrepreneurs, bankers, auto mechanic, builder, etc. Professionals represent the standards of achievement for youth who will one day be embarking upon a career choice.

      B. Encourages the notion of a career choice at an early age in addition to older youth in high

           school.

1.     Is an attempt to eliminate indecision and the futuristic mystery surrounding the importance of making a career choice.

a.     Provides a clearer conscious expectation and path to a career choice.

2.   Film-Video-

     A. National Orientation Week or NOW is an endeavor that was proposed in Chicago in late  summer 2016, that purports to impress upon America’s youth our strong expectation and belief in their ability to succeed, and to lead future America.

     B.  Creating a film having 5-8 minute segments from professionals in the above noted fields explain the steps and requirements needed to enter into those respective fields. The films or videos should be shown in school auditoriums and classrooms throughout the country annually.

3. Blue Print-

     A. The Planning Committee will be the unique national blueprint that combines all sectors of American society in a comprehensive push toward providing ongoing and sustainable economic, social, and educational assistance for our school children.

          1. This goal will necessarily include The enrolling of 75% of Americans into memberships at    their local Parent-Teacher Associations (PTA) or local school district councils; Implementing the K1-K12 Clothing Inheritance whereby a business is created for our schoolchildren as inheritance, and the vast majority of Americans purchase American made clothing for their children, with sales revenues used to fund summer and after school jobs, school rehab-construction, providing the digital technology needed in order that our children can compete with their global counterparts, etc.

    B. The levels of educational accomplishment at certain age groups, especially the older age groups should be interchangeable. If we find for example, a sophomore in high school has an interest in becoming a doctor and has taken courses in biology and science, and later decides on being a lawyer, will have absorbed technical requirements of study via biology and science and is within the arena of the required comprehension needed for the alternative choice of lawyer.

    C.  The goal of The Planning Committee is to play a support role in the ongoing work of assuring that American youth receive quality educations, and are prevented from indulging in negative behaviors that will lead to incarceration and criminal backgrounds that will help forfeit their chances at satisfying and abundant lifestyles.

The national agendas for business creation given to our youth, en masse enrollment of the American population into local school district type organizations or PTA’s, and National Orientation Week combine with the already ongoing educational, social, church community and economic efforts in order to strengthen and heighten the possibility of success for our youth. The Planning Committee agenda strongly urges persons living in America, citizens and non-citizen alike into a national agenda that demands that our children comply with certain Standards of  educational responsibility.

          a. The Age of Responsibility is an approach whereby children should be taught that they are expected to adopt a more mature attitude and behavior, even if they do not in many cases, should be somewhere in the 10-12- year age group.  Our work last year 2016 also promoted the concept of Age of Responsibility for our children. 

D. A national educational expectation for our youth will be created, documented and placed in the tall order of priorities that affect the future of our children and  America. This endeavor represents an ongoing challenge throughout the year to adults as well as school children, not just at grading or report card time. We will create the perception, if not the reality, that the bar has been raised in our dealing s with our children. We have the power to disrupt early youth crime with a national agenda of participation. That is the main difference with the Planning Committee agenda.

E.  This agenda can help secure a new dimension into parent-guardian, teacher-educational, community, and teacher relations.

A.     Non-evasive simple database information e.g,  name, contact information, children enrolled in school are they at grade level expectations?, your membership in local school council- PTA, members of K1-K12 clothing, age of responsibility talk with your children ( yes-no), supporter of buy American made products (yes, no), is your church or school a member of National Orientation Week, etc.

Our next work in progress is " The Planning Committee", an endeavor that incorporates en masse participation for national agendas that encourage and implement educational standards for our children (in conjunction with those already in place), and harnessing the necessary resources to make this happen. Oversight and monitoring of our children and national participation can provide the social and economic anchor to help steady the rise of some of our continual social problems we have been experiencing in America, particuarly since the country has become more urban in these last hundrd or so years.
